At one time liz traps could be built by setting up beside a liz and then building or amo a city to any place that liz moved to. When that strategy was developed, the liz moved in a set pattern and returned to a starting point on a predictable basis. Well that is no longer true, at least not on Freedom.

So to build a trap now is going to require a massive effort with dozens of cities. A 10 X 10 square with a lizard in the middle will require 99 cities. To build would consume 110 health worth 231 gems. An AMO would be 270 gems. For a total of over 23,000 gems just to enable the closest 4 (or Cool to have a short time frame with catapults. That is equal to about 200 mill liz. That is over 300 conquers just to break even.

And the catapults are expensive. On Glory a set of cats was worth about 500 mill widows. If you have 8 people farming liz it takes 4 bill away from the fight.

A troll army to capture liz is cheaper and fast. No need to trap.

So, please don't get your feelings hurt if I don't want to build a trap with you. Go ahead and have fun. Meanwhile I have 2 lizards that live next to my city. When I get hungry for lizards, I just send my trolls out for a few seconds and get the skillet ready!

Just in!

All monsters move in a random pattern that is bounded by the coords 0-9!

OK, so that doesn't make sense.

If you find a monster ins 1948,6593 it will be bound by the x coords of 1940 thru 1949 and y coords of 6590 thru 6599.

So plant yourself at 1945,6595 or 1944,6594 or something like that to insure you are always close to the monster.
